Information you submit
FORTRAN collects the name, company, business email, optional telephone number, country, equipment interests and project details you submit in an inquiry. This information is used to respond to your request and manage the related business follow-up. Attachments are optional and accepted only when security scanning is enabled.
Inquiry storage and notification
Inquiries are stored in the website database. Authorized team members can review and follow up on them. Notification services may forward an inquiry reference, submission time and administrator link to the configured FORTRAN business mailbox. Customer contact details and project messages remain in this website database and are not included in those notification emails. Access is limited by staff role and assignment.
Optional analytics
With permission, first-party events record page views, WhatsApp button clicks and downloads. These events are separate from saved inquiries. The current implementation does not load external advertising or analytics scripts.
Your request and data retention
Contact sufortran@gmail.com to ask about your submitted information, correction or deletion. Inquiry records are retained for project communication under the retention schedule configured by the website operator. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the equipment inquiry.
External services
WhatsApp links open an external service. Opening a WhatsApp link does not send your phone number or conversation back to this website. Your email provider and WhatsApp have their own privacy terms.
